In case of non-incorporated entities doing business in Nepal such as Permanent Establishments or Non-incorporated Joint Venture Entities: PAN registration certificate.
In case of any entities (local or foreign)having business interests in Nepal:
Certificate of trademark registration in Nepal or Official filing receipt of trademark application issued by the Department of Industry (to be supported with actual trademark registration certificate within 3 years of domain registration)

Administrative is the primary contact address of domain owner that included Name, Company name, Address, Phone, Email address etc.
Technical Contact is the technical person who maintains the requested domain. If someone wants alternative contact address other than administrative contact then he/she may use this space.
Domain registration can take from 1 day to a few days, depending on the number of domain registration backlog. All documents submitted need to be verified and authenticated, hence, sometimes domain registration can take longer time.
